Student Life

Student life in the WCA Upper School is vibrant and varied to grasp and keep the attention of the fast-paced and constantly changing Christian student in adolescence. Our student life is designed to provide our students with opportunities to connect and engage. We center our student life around strong relationships and a close-knit community.Students are given the opportunity to travel, grow, and experience new adventures together with a safe, Christian group.

Upper School Tuition

At WCA Upper School is categorized as any student in grades six through high school. It is our goal that each student is given the opportunity to continue their growth spiritually, academically, socially, and physically as they transition from the Lower School to the Upper School. We strive to model Christ's love daily through teaching and example. The Bible is integrated in all subject matter through our curriculum to form the principles and guidelines of student life at WCA. In addition to daily Bible study, students attend chapel two days per week.

Our adopted curriculum through Abeka, Bob Jones University Press, and Dave Ramsey Solutions offers academic excellence in reading, language arts, math, science, social studies, technology, electives, and social skills. Additionally, we provide opportunities in physical education through Tae Kwon Do, Health and Wellness, art, music, library, dramatic play, and band. Social and Service Clubs available to students include National Junior and Senior Beta Club, Student Council, FCA, National Honor Society (high school only) Drama, Chess, and STEM.

Emphasis is placed on the whole student giving them a firm foundation in spiritual, academic, social, and physical development. Our high school students are able to choose from a variety of elective courses on and off campus. Beginning in 2024, we added a partnership with Motlow State Community College, Freed-Hardeman University, Tennessee Technological University, and Tennessee College of Applied Technology for students to enroll in and earn Dual Enrollment or Middle College credits. In addition, we are proud to announce the expected beginning of foreign language taught on campus to all students in grades six through eleven. Pushing our students toward excellence with Christian values is a vital part of our mission. We are also an active member of Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association (TSSAA).

All-star education focused on Christ

Winchester Christian Academy provides children with high-quality educational opportunities grounded in a Biblical worldview. We strive to help children build a strong Christian foundation in Bible, reading, language arts, math, science, and social studies. State standards are utilized as a guide alongside our adopted Christian curriculum. Bible lessons are part of our classroom curriculum, and students attend chapel two times each week. In addition, students have daily specialty classes which include physical education, art, STEM, library, and music. We are excited about the anticipated addition of a foreign language in the 2024-2025 school year!

A 5% discount is given for full payment at the beginning of the school year. A 10% discount is given for families with multiple children. This discount is given to the 2nd and subsequent siblings.

6th - 8th Grade Tuition

$543 month/$5,430 year

(based on 10 month school schedule)
*non-refundable registration fee of $350 per child

High School Tuition

$644.10 month/$6,441 year

(based on 10 month school schedule)
